What's in cow's milk could stop the pain? Does anyone have a complete list?

I suffer from scoliosis and sciatica, I visit the chiropractor every 3 weeks and exercise as much as my body can handle in trying to combat the pain. I have linked and now believe beyond a shadow of doubt that when I do not drink milk beyond pain intensifies my belief. As soon as milk drinking again, the pain can almost disppear. I have made many tests to see what happens and if I milk for two days, the pain comes back after 2 days and then calm the next day if I drink milk again. I have tried to lower milk fat, cheese, etc … to see if it has the same effect and is not. My problem is that I suffer from asthma and also tend to drink milk agrivate, so I can not take all time. So I'm good in extreem pain or can not breathe. I have to find out what is in milk (obviously, whole milk), which is stopping the pain so you can find another source of it. I know this is not the calcium they tried to take calcium supplements, which did not help.

hmm … is a perplexing question. Well, to the extent that milk is a good source of calcium, which is a hoax. Calcium in milk is not readily available, for your body to break it into usable form and therefore not good. What also makes the milk is that it changes the pH of the blood. Try to drink vinegar and see if that helps with the pain … I know it's a bitter lol … There are some types that are more edible vinegar and vinegar drinks Koreans do as health products are even tastier.
