Back Pain After Exercise
why do i get back pain after exercise?
i was on treadmill doing a steady pace on treadmill i was going to do 10min jog.. 5 min fast incline walk nd then repeat. but after the 10Min’s as i slowed down i had to stop and sit down as my sight went all blotchy and i got bak upper back pain which felt like a pulsing pain. this has happened a few times now nd they last only for about 5mins max.
Could be caused by several things
1] how old are you?
2] what do you weigh?
3] how out of shape are you?
If any of above answers are in a ‘worry’ range, see your doc for a physical before exercising strenuously.
If not:
a] back muscles get exercised when you walk or run, too.
Try some gentle upper and lower back stretches before and after exerciing
b] vision getting blurry, or spots are a sign of hypoxia – not enough oxygen in system.
Slow down the workout, and start off gently.
c] bring a water bottle, and chug some as you workout
Congrats for getting in shape!
