Back Pain From Sitting
I have back pain for the last 5 months when I feel the pain begins to work. I am a team worker 10 hours a day?
I am suffering back pain for the last 5 months, When I feel the pain begins to work. I am an accountant computer / employee and works 10 hours a day. Please advise me solutions. I will be forever grateful Regards Murari
You def need to take a 5 minute break every hour or 2. Just get up and walk, do some stretching. You also want to lock the legs occasionally when sitting. Lock out and push, Leggs This should get your blood to circulate more. Are you active outside of work?
